    List of Ingredients




    5 lb. boneless pork roast
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. dry mustard

    Recipe



    Combine all the wet ingredients in a crockpot and mix well to melt the sugar. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. The pork's internal temperature should be 160 F. Remove the meat to a platter and strain the sauce into a gravy bowl.

    Serves 8
