    Cheddar Rum Spread

    "The Blender Way to Better Cooking"

    List of Ingredients

    2 tblsp. rum
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/4 lb. very soft butter or margarine

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients in blender container; cover and run on high until smooth. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with a rubber spatula. Spread on crackers or crisp toast. Makes about 2 cups.
