Seafood Au Jac

List of Ingredients
1 lb. crabmeat
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. flour
3 green onions, chopped
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sherry
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Slivered almonds
Cracker crumbs
Recipe
Saute crabmeat and shrimp in butter. Set aside. In a skillet or saute pan, blend flour into oil over low heat and add scalded milk. Stir in onions, garlic, sherry, cheese, salt and pepper.
Spoon seafood into buttered baking dish. Pour on sauce and use a fork to make figure 8's in mixture. DO NOT STIR! Top with cracker crumbs and slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned and bubbly.
