List of Ingredients

Small jar of dried beef
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
package of sliced mozzarella or swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup


Recipe

Line bottom of very lightly greased casserole dish with dried beef. Place chicken breasts on top of beef. Place a slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast.

Mix remaining three ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 deg. or until chicken is done. Uncover last few minutes to brown.
