1 Tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Stir in broth, rice and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 - 25 minutes. Mix in parmesan and serve.
