Italian Dressing

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 T. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, crushed slightlyRecipe
Combine all salad dressing ingredients in small jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Let stand at room temperature to blend flavors.
Shake again just before using. Remove bay leaf and garlic clove. Refrigerate if storing for a few days.
Makes 1 cup dressing
