List of Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup scallions, chopped and including some green tops for color
1 tbsp. jalapenos, diced, canned or fresh.
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. oregano, dried (Mexican, if available)Recipe
Combine first three ingredients and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Makes 2 cups
