    List of Ingredients




    4 tomatoes, diced
    1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies OR 2 fresh jalapenos, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Serve warm or chilled.

    Makes 2 cups
