    Bear's Brownies

    Very thick and moist-a family favorite.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 sticks margarine, melted
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 3 tsp. vanilla
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 cup cocoa
    • 1 tsp.baking powder
    • scant tsp. salt
    • 2 cups chocolate chips or pkg. peanut butter chips


    Instructions


    1. Set oven at 350 degrees.
    2. Melt margarine, then add sugar, vanilla and eggs.Add remaining ingredients.Mix well.
    3. Pour into 9x13" pan and bake for about 40 minutes.Cool and cut into bars.Makes 48.


    Final Comments


    Brownies may be frosted, if desired, but they are so moist they don't really need it.
