    • 1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate
    • 1 tsp. butter
    • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
    • 2 tbsp. hot water
    • 1/4 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Heat chocolate and butter over low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
    2. Stir in confectioners' sugar, hot water and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add a small amount of water or sugar,as needed so frosting spreads easily.
