    SAUSAGE PEANUT PILAF

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup cooked rice
    1 101/2 oz. can mushroom soup
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/3 cup peanuts
    Seasonings (salt & pepper)

    Stuffed green olives for topping

    Brown sausage until crumbly. Pour off all of the fat, add celery and onions and cook 3 minutes. Add rice, soup, green pepper, peanuts and seasoning.

    Pour into a 1 quart cassarole. Top with sliced green olives - making design. This recipe can be easily doubled.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Fast and easy to make - and is delicious.
