Cheddar Snack Triangles

6 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 c (2 oz) finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c (2 oz) finely grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp dried dill week
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp water
1-1/4 c (5 oz) all-purpose flourRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, mix butter, cheese, dill, mustard and water on medium speed of electric mixer 30 seconds or until well blended. Add flour; mix on low speed just until flour is incorporated and dough pulls away from sides of bowl. If dough seems dry, add 1 tablespoon additional water to dough. Be careful not to over mix.
Using Pampered Chef's Cookie Press and ribbon disk, or a pastry bag, fill with dough. Make long continuous strips across length of flat baking stone or baking sheet (greased). Cut each strip into 1-1/2-inch squares using a pizza cutter. Cut each square in half diagonally, forming triangles. Using a spatula, move triangles 1/2-inch apart for even baking.
Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to Nonstick Cooling Rack. Cool completely.
