    3/4 # ITALIAN SEASONED SAUSAGE
    1/4 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
    1/4. C. MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, MINCED
    1 (10 OZ) PKGS OF FROZEN SPINACH, CHOPPED
    1/4 C. CHOPPED ONION
    VEGETABLE OIL TO RUB ON BREAD

    LET BREAD THAW ON A GREASED COOKIE SHEET WHILE YOU PREPARE REST OF INGREDIENTS.
    SAUTE MEAT TILL COOKED, SAUTE ONIONS AND GARLIC TILL SOFT, THEN ADD SPINACH AND SIMMER 2 MIN.
    * MAKE SURE ALL LIQUID IS OUT OF MIXTURE
    SPREAD THE BREAD OUT ON COOKIE SHEET. PLACE SPINACH, MEAT MIXTURE IN MIDDLE OF BREAD. ADD CHEESES AND GENTLY FOLD UP SIDES AND ENDS SEALING IT OR AN OPENING CAN BE LEFT ONE RIGHT IN CENTER.

    BAKE 20-30 MINS.
