    Peanut Butter Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 stick butter
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1 c water
    1/2 c oil
    2 c sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c flour
    1/2 c milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda

    ICING:
    1 stick butter
    1/3 c milk
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 lb XXX sugar

    Recipe

    Combine butter peanut butter water and oil in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
    Stir sugar, eggs, flour, milk, vanilla, and baking soda into saucepan and back at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    ICING:
    Bring the butter, milk, and peanut butter to boil and remove from heat. Blend in vanilla and sugar. Spread on warm cake.

    NOTE: Can double icing recipe and freeze what you don't use.
