    Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    Chicken breasts, as many as you like
    2 c minute rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of water

    Recipe

    Line bottom of 9 x 12 pan with chicken.
    Mix rice chicken soup, mushroom soup, and water in bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.

    NOTE: You can use any creamed soups in place of the two I chose.

    You can increase amount of rice and soups according to what you need:
    3 cups of rice and 3 cans of soups and 1 1/2 can of water
    or
    4 cups of rice and four cans of soups and 2 cans of water
