Firecracker Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumen
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 flour tortillas (7 inch)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-10 oz can diced Tomatoes and green chilis
- 1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook meat and onion till done and drain fat.
- Add beans, chili powder, cumen and salt.
- Put this in greased13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
- Put tortillas on top. Mix soup and tomatoes and pour over tortillas.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
