List of Ingredients
1/2 c butter/ margarine
1-3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
Maraschino cherries or walnut halvesRecipe
In mixing bowl, thoroughly cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla and unbeaten egg yolk. Beat until light. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Top each cookie with a cherry or nut. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
