Potted Pudding

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb of chocolate sandwich cookies (oreos)
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c of margarine, softened
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 12 oz cool whip, thawed
- 3 c milk
- 2 pkgs of instant vanilla pudding
- Gummi Worms
- Clean, new flowerpot, large enough to hold 2 1/2 to 3 quarts
- Fake flowers
Instructions
- Use plastic wrap to plug whole at the bottom of the flower pot
- Put cookies into a zipper top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Combine cream cheese, margarine, and sugar in a bowl. Beat until fluffy.
- Add cool whip. Beat until smooth on low.
- In another bowl, combine milk and pudding. Add this to the cream cheese mixture and blend.
- Pour about a third of the cookie crumbs into the bottom of the flower pot.
- Then spoon in half the pudding mixture. Add another layer of cookie crumbs, then the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs on top. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Decorate with Gummi Worms and fake flowers.
Final Comments
For fun, dish out with a new clean garden trowel!
