Taffy Apple Pizza

List of Ingredients

1 pkg (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples
Cinnamon
1/4 c caramel ice cream topping, warmed
1/2 c peanuts, grated


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough in center of a floured round pizza pan.
Bake 16-18 minutes. Do not over bake.
Cool completely.
For topping, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in bowl, mix well, spread evenly over cooled cookie.
Peel, core and slice apples and arrange apples evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Drizzle caramel topping over apples.
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
Cut with pizza cutter.
