    Strawberry Sorbet

    3 Cups fresh strawberries, hulled
    1 Cup sugar
    1 Cup water
    Juice of 1 lemon

    Recipe

    Combine the strawberries and sugar in a large bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to crush the berries. Mix in the water and lemon juice, pour the mixture into a freezable container and freeze.
