    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs lean ground beef
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 slices white bread, dipped in water and squeezed
    • 1 pkg of dry french onion soup mix
    • 6 hard boiled eggs
    • green olives
    • 2 c beef broth


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Combine ground beef, raw eggs, and dry soup mix and mix well.

    3. Place about 2/3 of meat mixture in baking dish.

    4. Pat in dish, forming a meat loaf and pressing a ditch in the center of the meat loaf.

    5. Place the hard boiled eggs, end to end, in the ditch with the green olives lined to each side of the eggs.

    6. Cover the eggs and olives with the rest of the meat mixture, sealing the loaf completely so that the eggs to not show.

    7. Cover with the beef broth and cook uncovered for 1 hour.

    8. Baste every 15 minutes with the beef broth.

    9. When done, let sit out of oven 15 minutes before cutting.
