CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

List of Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
2/3 c mayo
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp white wine or chicken broth
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste 1 c cubed fully cooked ham
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Hot cooked pasta or rice
1 c (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese, optional
Recipe
In a large skillet, saute chicken and onion in butter until meat is no longer pink. I a bowl, combine the soup, mayo, sour cream wine or broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to the chicken mixture. Stir in ham, broccoli and bacon; cover and cook until heated through. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
