GRAPE-APPLE SALAD
List of Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 tbsp.)
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup red grapes, halved (seedless is best)
1 cup apple, diced (granny smiths are preferred)
1/4 cup chopped celery Recipe
1. soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes
2. heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved
3. add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in fruit and celery
4. Pour into 3-cup mold. Chill until set
