    Strawberry Nut Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 4 oz packages of strawberry Jell-O
    1 c boiling water
    1 qt frozen strawberries (thawed)
    1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained)
    3 medium bananas (mashed)
    1 c nuts (chopped)
    1 pt sour cream

    Recipe



    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, fold in strawberries. Mix pineapple, nuts and bananas. Add to Jell-O. Pour half of mixture into a 12 x 8 dish (9 x 13 is fine). Chill till firm. Spread sour cream on top of that. Gently pour remaining mixture over sour cream layer and chill till firm.
