    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb ground meat
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 green pepper
    • 1 c celery, chopped
    • 1 tsp parsley
    • 2 kernals garlic
    • 2 cans Tomato Soup w/ 2 cans water
    • 1-15 oz tomato sauce w/ 1 can water
    • 1 can stewed tomatoes
    • 1 tsp tabasco sauce
    • 2 tsp chile powder
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1-2 cans kidney beans
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat, drain any fat.

    2. Saute onions, peppers, garlic and celery, then add to meat and remaining ingredients in a large pan or soup pot.

    3. Cook over medium heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
