List of Ingredients
- 2 lb ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c celery, chopped
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 kernals garlic
- 2 cans Tomato Soup w/ 2 cans water
- 1-15 oz tomato sauce w/ 1 can water
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp chile powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1-2 cans kidney beans
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Brown meat, drain any fat.
- Saute onions, peppers, garlic and celery, then add to meat and remaining ingredients in a large pan or soup pot.
- Cook over medium heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
