    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c butter (no substitutes)
    1 c all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1 c milk

    FILLING:
    3 Tbsp butter
    3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    1 c plus 2 Tbsp milk
    1 pkg (16 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1-1/2 c cubed fully cooked ham
    1/3 c sour cream
    1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Place butter in a 10-in oven proof skillet; place in a 425* oven for 3-4 minutes or until melted. In a mixing bowl, beat flour, eggs and milk until smooth. Pour into prepared skillet. Bake at 425* for 22-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Meanwhile in a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; add the remaining filling ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes or until heated through. Spoon into center of puff pancake.

    Cut into wedges; serve immediately.
