3 medium carrots
1/4 c sugar
1 Tbsp fat (oil)
2 Tbsp carrot liquid
Recipe
Wash and scrape carrots. Slice lenghtwise. Cook, covered in small amount of water 10-15 minutes (until tender). Drain and save liquid. In skillet heat, sugar, oil and carrot liquid until blended. Add carrots and heat 8-10 minutes until glazed and slightly browned.
Serve on platter. Pour glazing liquid over carrots.
