List of Ingredients
7-8 medium potatoes, diced and cooked in salt water
1 c milk
1/4 c margarine
1 c velveta cheese
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Recipe
Drain potatoes. Melt margarine and thicken with cornstarch. Add milk and cubed cheese. Pour mixture over potatoes and bake in 350 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes.
