Sour Cream Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 pkg hash brown potatoes
8 oz sour cream (fat free)
1/2 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large bag velvetta shredded cheese
corn flakes, crushed
Recipe
On top of stove, melt cheese and ubtter in sauce pan with sour cream and chicken soup.
Pour over potatoes in casserole.
Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Melt 1/2 stick butter, pour over casserole, top with crushed corn flakes and bake 5 more minutes.
