This site is for "picky eaters" everywhere, of whom I am chief. I once sat at the table for 3 hours before finally eating a tablespoon of collard greens that my Grandmother insisted I eat. To this day, I will not eat collards, or any other food that remotely resembles them.
Some of these recipes have been modified from the original recipes to remove foods that I do not eat. For example, I substitute onion powder for onions, and tomato sauce or paste for tomatoes. If you find a recipe you think you may like, feel free to modify it for your tastes.
