Corn Pudding

List of Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 - 3 eggs (2 large or 3 medium)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
- Salt and Pepper to taste (Mrs. Moody doesn't use either)
Instructions
- Beat eggs.
- Mix all other ingredients into the eggs thoroughly.
- Place in lightly greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
Final Comments
For a little sweeter flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla before baking.
