    Corn Pudding

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14 oz.) can cream style corn
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2 - 3 eggs (2 large or 3 medium)
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
    • Salt and Pepper to taste (Mrs. Moody doesn't use either)


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs.

    2. Mix all other ingredients into the eggs thoroughly.

    3. Place in lightly greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.

    4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set.



    Final Comments


    For a little sweeter flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla before baking.
