    Pineapple Casserole

    This recipe is great as a side dish to ham.
    This is also great as a dessert.
    This is great hot or cold. Anyway this is a GREAT dish. There area alot of pineapple casserole recipes but this one is different than all the rest!! Enjoy.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 x 8 pan ungreased:
    • 4 c. bread (8 slices crust removed), cubed
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 c. butter (2 sticks, unsalted) melted
    • 1/2 c. milk
    • 16 oz. pineapple tidbits or 20 oz. can of chunks cut, DRAINED


    Instructions


    1. Place bread and pineapple in bowel.
    2. In another bowel beat eggs (just whisk)add sugar, melted butter and milk
    3. Pour over cubes and pineapple.
    4. Toss, mixture will be thick.
    5. Place in pan and bake.
    6. For 9 x 13 pan double but I use 1 1/2c milk. 5 eggs.


    Final Comments


    Try not to eat it all!
