Southwest Tortilla Skillet

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (11 oz ) Mexican-style corn, drained
- 4 flour tortillas, (8"), cut into strips
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often.
- Add soup, water, corn and tortillas, Heat to a boil. Cover and Cook over low heat 5 min. or until hot.
- Top with cheese. Serves 5.
