Cream Cheese Deviled Eggs

- 1 dozen eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 6 ozs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 dashes of red wine vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Halve the eggs and remove the yolks. Set the whites aside.
- Mix the yolks with remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Pipe or spoon the filling into the whites. Sprinkle filled egg whites with paprika for garnish. Makes 24
