• 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  
• 1 1b sausage, browned and drained
  
• 1 cup of Bisquick
  
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
  
• 2 cups milk
  
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
  
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients. Heat oven to 350. Grease 2 qt. casserole; pour mixture in. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
