Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

- 12 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 16 ozs. Velveeta, cut up
- 1 can (10 3/4 ozs.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 ozs.) Rotel
- 1 can (4.5 ozs.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup of milk
Instructions
- Boil chicken until done. Cool and cut into chunks.
- Cook pasta as directed and drain. Return pasta to pot and add chicken, velveeta, cream of chicken soup, rotel, mushrooms and milk. Combine ingredients and then put pot on stove on low and occasionally stir until cheese is pretty much melted and all ingredients well combined.
- Grease 13 x 9 casserole dish. Spoon into dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
