• 1 medium onion, diced
  
• 1/4 stick butter
  
• 2 16 oz. packages of frozen green beans, thawed
  
• 1/4 tsp. salt
  
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• Paprika, optional
  






Instructions



1. In skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream, sprinkle with paprika. Serves 8.
