How to bake Punkin seed's





List of Ingredients



• Fresh Pumpkin seed's
  
• Vegetable oil or cooking spray (butter flavor)
  
• Salt
  






Instructions



1. Seperate the seeds of a freshly carved pumpkin from the stringy membrane.
   Rinse the seeds just untill they are free of membrane matter.
   
2. Heat oven to 350 F.
   
   
3. Put seeds on paper towel and pat dry.
   
4. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or brush with a light coating of oil.
   Place seeds on baking sheet in single layer,turning once to lightly coat, Sprinkle lightly with salt,(if desired)
   
5. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 20 min.turning once.
   allow to cool before eating.
   
6. Store seeds in airtight contanier.
   






Final Comments


Tip's
For a saltier treat boil the pimpkin seeds in heavily salted water for ten min. then bake.
