Recipe Introduction
a cheesy corn bread baked on top of your favorite chili with corn. it is a great dish that is filling and warm and soooooo good!!
List of Ingredients
4 boxes of jiffy corn bread mix
1 pound of lean hamburger fried
2 large cans of your favorite chili
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of frozen cornRecipe
fry up your burger, then you add it to the chili and get your chili heated up. while thats cooking, mix up your corn bread as directed on back of box using milk and egg. get your large casserole dish out and spray it with a non stick spray, pour in your chili meat mixture, sprinkle the corn evenly over it, then your cheese. then pour your cornbread mix evenly over the whole thing and try to cover every inch of it from corner to corner. then bake at 350 for about 20 minutes then check it every few minutes until the corn bread is lightly browned and done when you insert a toothpick .
