PECAN ROLLS
THIS NEEDS TO BE STARTED THE NIGHT BEFORE, BUT VERY QUICK AND EASY WAY TO HAVE HOT ROLLS FOR BREAKFAST. GREAT GRANDMA WOULD PREPARE THESE FOR FIRST THING CHRISTMAS MORNING BEFORE THE GIFTS WERE UNWRAPPED, AND THE BIG BREAKFAST SERVED.
List of Ingredients
- FROZEN BREAD DOUGH ROLLS
- 1 SMALL PACKAGE BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING, NOT INSTANT
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- PECANS
Instructions
- SPRAY BUNT PAN WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY.
- LAYER ONE PACKAGE FROZEN ROLLS IN BOTTOM
- SPRINKLE PUDDING MIX OVER ROLLS.
- MELT BUTTER, STIR IN BROWN SUGAR,CINNAMON AND PECANS.
- POUR MIXTURE OVER ROLLS.
- COVER WITH FOIL AND LET STAND OVERNIGHT.
- BAKE 350 DEGREES ABOUT 40 MINUTES
- IMMEDIATELY INVERT PAN ONTO LARGE PLATE !!!
- SERVE WARM
