- 1 PACKAGE (8 OUNCES) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 3/4 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
- 6 TABLESPOONS MILK
- 1 CARTON (8 OUNCES) WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
- 1 9INCH BAKED AND COOLED PIE SHELL
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PEANUTS
Instructions
- IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL FLUFFLY.
- ADD SUGAR AND PEANUT BUTTER, MIX WELL.
- GRADUALLY ADD MILK.
- FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING.
- SPOON INTO BAKED AND COOLED PIE CRUST
- SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS ON TOP.
- CHILL OVERNIGHT BEFORE SERVING.
Final Comments
SERVES 6 TO 8-----------SOMETIMES I USE CHOCOLATE SYRUP ON TOP TO DECORATE.
