    List of Ingredients


    • PASTRY FOR 2-CRUST PIE
    • 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
    • 1/2 CUP OATMEAL
    • 1/2 CUP KETSUP
    • 1/2 MINCED ONION
    • DASH OF SALT AND PEPPER
    • 1 EGG
    • 1 PACKAGE (12 OUNCES) LOOSE PACK FROZEN HASH-BROWNED POTATOES, THAWED


    Instructions


    1. LINE 9 INCH PLATE WITH PASTRY.
    2. COMBINE MEAT AND INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT POTATOES.
    3. MIX WELL. PLACE INTO PASTRY PAN.
    4. TOP WITH POTATOES.
    5. PLACE TOP CRUST OVER POTATOES, SEAL AND FLUTE EDGES.
    6. CUT DESIGN INTO TOP OF PASTRY FOR STEAM TO ESCAPE.
    7. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL BROWNED.
    8. SERVE WITH KETSUP ON TOP OF SLICES IF DESIRED.
