    NOT AS GREAT AS THE MARYLAND CRABCAKE BUT EASIER TO MAKE, AND NO FRYING FOR THOSE WATCHING THIER CALORIES.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 POUND LUMB CRAB MEAT
    • 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
    • 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
    • 1/2 TEASPOON WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1 TABLESPOON MAYONNAISE
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 DASH RED PEPPER
    • 1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
    • 1 SLICE BREAD, DAMPENED, SQUEEZED AND CRUMBLED


    Instructions


    1. MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS, PLACE IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE.
    2. SPRINKLE WITH BREAD CRUMBS, AND DOT WITH BUTTER.
    3. PLACE IN 450 DEGREE OVEN AND HEAT THOROGHLY.
    4. IF DESIRED PREPARE PRIOR TO SERVING TIME, PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR AND REHEAT AT SERVING TIME.
