- 1/3 CUP SALT
- PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1/4 CUP PARSLEY
- CRUST:
- 2 POUNDS CRISCO OR LARD
- 15 CUPS FLOUR
- 10 TEASPOONS SALT
- ABOUT 2 2/3 CUPS COLD WATER
Instructions
- MIX ALL MEATS AND VEGETABLES TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL.
- MAKE UP CRUST. DIVIDE INTO SMALL BALLS TO ROLL THIN.
- FOR EACH PASTIE USE ABOUT 1 CUP OF MEAT AND VEGETABLE MIXTURE. SEAL EDGES.
- BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 450 DEGREES THEN 45 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
