Brown Sugar Roll-Out Cookies

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 1 16-oz pkg. brown sugar
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all of the above.
- Roll dough thinly, 1/8". Cut into shapes as desired.
- Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Watch Carefully! Do not allow to get too brown.
- Frost, if desired, with thinned buttercream frosting.
