1 cake mix
1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1.25 cups water
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350. Grease/flour 12 cup bundt cake. Mix altogether for 2 mins at low speed in mixer until fully blended. Bake 45 mins (test). Cool in pan 10 mins. Remove to plate and cool completely before glazing or frosting.

COCOA GLAZE:
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat; add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add milk, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat; beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over top of inverted cake and down the sides.
