• ¾ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
• 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 1-14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• ½ Cup Key Lime Juice
• 1 Teaspoon Lime Zest
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• 12 Cupcake Papers
Recipe
Mix graham crackers and better and spoon into bottom of cupcake paper. 1 Tablespoon per cupcake paper.
Beat condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice until smooth ; add 1 cup cool whip.
Divide mixture between the 12 cupcake papers. Cover and put in freezer until frozen. Can garnish with lime slices and more cool whip if desired. Store left overs in freezer (if any)! Super easy and good!! Enjoy!
