TJ's Orange Chicken

1 bag TJs orange chicken
2 onion, sliced
1 pepper, sliced

I do really like TJ's orange chicken as a quick meal every now and then. I think the sauce is a little too syrupy, though, so I think I've hit on the right proportions. For our family, I cook up two bags of the orange chicken. First, I saute two onions and a bunch of sliced peppers, then I remove those from the pan. Add a little more oil, and fry up the chicken pieces, add three of the four sauce packets, a tablespoon or more of soy or tamari sauce, the veggies back to the pan. I leave the extra packet of sauce for anyone who wants more, and we serve it with rice and sri racha. If I did it without the vegetables, I think I'd only use two of the four packs of sauce.
