List of Ingredients
Split chicken breast, braise in:
1 tsp olive oil
grind black pepper and sprinkle with cayenne while braising
When about 1/2 done cut into 1/4 strips and add:
1 clove garlic (pressed)
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/4 dry ginger
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp coriander
2 tbs coconut milk
1 tbs raisins
1 tsb lightly salted cashews
(quantities are approx, vary to taste)
Sprinkle additional 1/4 tsp sweet paprika on top
Simmer gently reducing to curry gravy consistency 5-10 mins
Serve over/next to riceRecipe
