    Modified: add 1 cup oatmeal, 1 egg, reduce water to 2/3 cup, if using plain mix, add 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon ginger

    List of Ingredients




    1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
    1.5 t cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    15 ounces pumpkin
    2/3 cup water
    1 egg
    1/2 cup craisins

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in mixer.
    Makes 24 muffins.
    Cook for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
    They will be very moist.

    PREP 5 mins
    COOK 25 mins
    Weight Watchers Muffins - 2 point each!
